I’m Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, have doctorate in botany from UFRPE, sandwich doctorate from Tulane Universiy-USA, post-doctorate from UEPB. Currently i’m adjunct professor at the State University of Alagoas, and is a member of the permanent faculty of the Postgraduate Program in Ethnobiology and Nature Conservation (UFRPE) and Postgraduate Program in Territorial Dynamics (UNEAL). I have experience in Ethnobiology and seeks to understand the factors that guide the complex people/nature relationship, accessing local knowledge, use and perception of natural resources in the context of environmental and social changes.
