Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, Alegre, ES, Brazil

I’m an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). My research focuses on Plant Taxonomy (Primulaceae), Palynology, and Genetics applied to Conservation. I’m particularly interested in studying the patterns and processes underlying the richness and spatial distribution of plants in the Atlantic Forest. At UFES, I’m actively involved in teaching both undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, I have been the Curator of the Herbarium Capixaba (CAP) since 2018.
